This is dyed on the falklands merino base, 100% pure falklands merino wool. It's spun with a high twist construction, giving it extra durability and helping it take the colour beautifully. It's also superwash, which helps to guard against accidental felting and pilling.
 
Each skein is 100g and has 400m of yarn.
 
These are all dyed in small batches, at home, in North Wales. Although the recipes are the same, there can be differences between batches. It's advisable to make sure you have enough of the same batch before starting a project. Alternating skeins as you work can help to minimise differences.
 
I do rinse my yarn well, but be aware that some colour run can occur, especially on darker colours.
 
I try to get my photos as close as I can, but please allow a little leeway for monitor differences.
