SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Generally i try to dispatch as soon as I can, items are usually dispatched within 3 working days, although items marked as pre-order will take long.

Estimated delivery times

UK: 3-7 business days

North America: 7-14 business days

Europe: 5-10 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-21 business days

Asia Pacific: 7-21 business days

Please note - these are estimates only. International mail can incur significant delays at customs, over which i have no control. Please allow for extra transit times at busy periods such as Christmas.

All items are sent with Royal Mail. UK shipping is second class, international is standard. This means there is no tracking number as this is not automatically included in UK shipping. An upgrade to tracked shipping is available at the checkout.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Unfortunately I can't control any delays due to customs.

RETURN POLICY

I try to be as accurate as possible with my descriptions and photographs. Please allow a little leeway for monitor differences when it comes to colours though!

I am more than happy to accept returns if your item is not exactly what you were looking for. Just notify me within 14 days of receipt and post back to me in the condition you received it. This means yarn must still be banded, unballed, and clean. Any items which are dirty or have a lingering smell will not be refunded and will be returned back to you. Please be very careful to package your returning items in a secure way as items lost in transit cannot be refunded. In the event of an item being lost on it's return journey to us, it will be your responsibility to pursue a claim through the postal service you used. Please always get proof of postage to enable you to do this.

 

 All refunds must be issued via the payment method used to purchase.

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please make sure you mark your parcel clearly as a RETURN. Failure to do this may result in me being charged customs duty as the item re-enters the UK. In the event of this happening, it will be taken from any refund due.
