Each skein is 100g in weight & contains 250m of yarn.
 
This is an exceptionally fluffy yarn, where baby alpaca fluff is shrunk into a cage of nylon. This gives you a slightly stronger yarn, that you can use as a single strand, rather than having to use it with a second yarn.
 
This is a non superwash yarn, and must be treated gently. Keep the water cool and dry flat to help garments keep their shape. Each skein is hand dyed in my home in North Wales. We are smoke free, but we do have a dog, although she's not generally allowed to play with the yarn!
 
I use professional acid dyes which are fixed and thoroughly rinsed. Please note that, no matter how well I rinse it here, some colour bleed may occur on the first wash, especially with darker colours. All skeins are dyed in small batches and I cannot guarantee the colour will be exactly the same from batch to batch. Please purchase enough to finish your project. If there is not sufficient quantity listed please get in touch.
 
Most of my colourways are repeatable & can be dyed for you in a larger batch should you require it. It is advisable to alternated skeins within a project to minimise any small differences between skeins, even from the same batch.
